什麼叫遺贈呢？亦即遺囑人以遺囑之方式對於他人（受遺贈人）為無償讓與財產上利益之行為。可能有人會覺得奇怪，贈與東西給他人，為何不在生前就辦好這件事，也好說個明白，以免死後遭人質疑遺贈這件事的真假。難道是因為沒有時間，來不及於生前贈與？倒不盡然。很多遺囑是被繼承人生前早就預立好了，既然有充裕的時間安排將部分遺產贈與他人，怎麼會沒有時間親自把東西送給該人呢？這牽涉到遺囑人對遺贈這件事的看法。可能被繼承人生前礙於某些因素，不便於在世時公開贈與這回事，故選擇於死後由遺產管理人代勞。或者遺贈附有停止條件，也就是受遺贈人完成某條件後，給予其若干獎勵，而始發生遺贈的效力者，只是受遺贈人完成的時間不易確定，無法把握於遺贈人生前即可完成，故立下遺贈，以確保受遺贈人將來得請求的權利。 被繼承人死亡後，繼承人或遺產管理人發現遺囑中有遺贈時，該如何處理？首先需先確定該遺囑是否為合法有效之遺囑（遺囑之法定要件參後述

做孩子的心理醫生我在臨床做十六年，前幾年做的是精神病人，做精神病人對於我在做親職教育有很深的影響，因為精神病人其實是在囚籠裡頭不會回來的黑暗份子。原先我跟很多人一樣，一直認為一個人會住到精神病院一定是腦袋秀斗，前半段的假設是對的，但是有一部份的假設是錯的，我們以為他笨，事實上我在醫院裡頭看到很多孩子其實很聰明。我在醫院曾經看到一個從台大醫科畢業的孩子，我花了很長的時間跟他接觸，他只要看到穿白袍的人走近，就會狠狠的瞪著對方，有時甚至會無預警的搥對方，所以所有的醫護人員都很怕他。我大概花了三個月的時間才可以跟他坐下來慢慢談，大概半年後他才能意識到我對他的關心。我常常利用下班時間去陪他下五子棋，也就是從這兒開始，讓我覺得很難過。我常在想：「一個這麼聰明的孩子，為什麼現在只能跟我坐在這兒下五子棋？」於是，我開始追尋他生命的歷程。我從他身上發現兩個秘密：第一個令我驚訝的是──

會議的通病為了要有效溝通觀念、討論問題、經驗分享以及檢討並推展工作進度等，平日要開的會議還真的給他多。任何工作環境中，開會是一件常見的事情。要開個好會議其實不難，不過就是怪，大家老是開不好。而通常會議的品質狀況還挺糟的，不但常沒達到預計的會議效果，反而引發很多其他會議問題。舉例來說，常見的問題有：議題焦點模糊、是開會還是在聊天？會前未充分溝通、爭執對立且浪費時間、不易共識、有人主導發言權、一言堂、會議時間太長、缺乏參與感、你說你的 我想(聊)我的、成效不彰等等。開個成功的會議什麼叫做成功的會議？就是要運用最短的時間，去要達成預計會議目的，並使所有與會者滿意。講白話點就是，我們都是有不同的想法跟各自工作職責的人，要在有限的資源裡跟時間裡，快速有效的凝聚共識，共同去解決俱樂部經營過程中面臨的問題。我說的簡單，不過如果您沒好好學習如何開會，實際作起來可不容易。要開個成功會議有幾個重點要素：1.
